Disney World just recently released their 2018 vacation packages online. One of the BIG changes ...adult beverages!
The new Disney Dining plan prices obvious had to increase to cover the costs of all the additional inclusion options. When compared to 2017 Disney Dining plan prices the cost difference is $10 or less per adult per day.
Let's face it, there are plenty of parents who will rejoice at the idea of a good, strong cocktail after spending a long day at the parks with their kids. Guests age 21 and over can choose one serving of wine, sangria, cider, beer, or mixed cocktail (where offered) with their meal.
Non drinkers and younger guest can enjoy the addition of other delicious specialty drinks. Non alcoholic specialty beverages include artisanal milkshakes, smoothies, premium hot chocolates, soda, coffee, tea. It really is one of those situations where everybody wins with more inclusions to this very popular dining program.

Prices: $52.49/adult per night and $21.75/child age 3-9 per night

What is a meal at Disney?
A quick service meal includes an entree and a beverage.
A table service meal includes an entree and beverage at breakfast, at lunch and dinner it includes an entree, a dessert, and a beverage, or a full buffet or family style meal at any time.
A signature meal aka Signature Dining also includes an entree, beverage, and dessert, but will use two table service credits instead of one. Examples of popular signature meals include Cinderella’s Table, Hoop de Doo Review, dinner at Le Cellier, and private, in-room dining.
Note that Pizza delivery to your room includes the Pizza, 2 beverages, 2 desserts and is charged as two table service meals.
What is a snack? A snack is considered a single serving item available at quick service restaurants, carts and snack kiosks throughout the Disney World Resort. Examples include:
Important - Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort can book dining reservations for the entire length of their Resort stay starting 180 days in advance of their arrival date. This is an important step if you've purchased a dining plan with table service .
It's also a good when making dining reservations to know which park you plan to visit on each day of your visit.
